Residential Painting Sales and Production Leader

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Sales & Customer Experience Meet with homeowners and build strong, lasting relationships Conduct in-home consultations and create customized painting proposals Follow up with prospects and close projects Communicate clearly and consistently with customers Represent Certa Pro Painters through marketing and community events Production & Leadership Manage residential painting projects from start to finish Partner with Job Site Supervisors and crews to ensure quality and efficiency Recruit, onboard, train, and retain field team members Conduct job site inspections and safety meetings Ensure OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards are met Business & Growth Collaborate with sales, office, and production teams Maintain accurate records in the CRMSet, meet, and exceed performance goalsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORSelf-motivated, results-driven attitude Strong communication and leadership skills High attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to manage multiple projects at onceQUALIFICATIONS2-year degree preferred or equivalent experience Sales or construction/painting experience preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Willingness to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed Spanish speaking a plus but not requiredCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses Ongoing training and career growth opportunitiesWHY CERTAPRO PAINTERSCerta Pro Painters has been delivering certainty to customers since 1992 and is the largest painting franchise in North America.
