CNA/HCA Caregiver & Driver In-Home Support (Everett)

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility. Assist with ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home. Safely transport the client to medical appointments, errands, shopping, activities, and other destinations as needed. Assist the client safely in and out of the vehicle. Prepare and serve meals while following dietary requirements. Provide medication reminders as directed. Assist clients with prescribed exercises and recommended activities. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. Perform light housekeeping tasks that the client is unable to complete independently. Assist with shopping or accompany clients on errands when needed. Monitor and communicate changes in the client's condition or behavior. Communicate effectively with clients, families, nurses, and other members of the care team. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Maintain a safe and clean vehicle when transporting the client. Respond appropriately and responsibly to emergencies or unusual situations.

REQUIREMENTS: Valid Washington State driver's license required. Reliable, insured personal vehicle required. Clean and acceptable driving record. Ability and willingness to transport clients safely. Previous caregiving or related experience preferred, but not required. Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association preferred/required as applicable. Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to client care. Ability to work independently and follow established care plans. Knowledge of basic housekeeping and meal preparation, including dietary considerations. Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills. Physical ability and endurance to perform required caregiving tasks. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of a background check and reference verification.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: $21.00–$23.00 per hour
