Distribution specialist

Duties: Operate high-volume printers, folding, and inserting equipment to prepare medical records for mailing. Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Sort, quality-check, package, and label medical records for USPS and Fed Ex shipments. Receive and distribute incoming mail throughout the organization. Maintain accurate turnaround times and follow established procedures. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills and accurate data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude. Pay: $16.00-17.00
