Commercial Roofing Superintendent - Denver

What We Offer: Competitive salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually (DOE) Multiple wage reviews throughout the year Comprehensive PAID benefits – health, dental, and vision Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life and AD&D Insurance 401k with company match Company-provided smartphone and computer Opportunities for career advancement Training, mobile apps, and development programs through Flynn University What We Are Seeking: 2+ years of superintendent experience in commercial roofing (REQUIRED) Strong hands‑on knowledge of commercial roofing systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and coatings Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and job site operations Strong understanding of safety practices, OSHA compliance, and job site procedures Ability to perform inspections, identify issues (leaks, defects), and implement repairs Experience with installation of insulation, vapor barriers, flashing, and waterproofing systems Proficiency with tools and equipment such as hot air welders, hand torches, spray equipment, compressors, and power tools Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) Open to traveling for extended periods

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all roofing activities on job sites Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget Lead and mentor crews while maintaining productivity and quality standards Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Enforce safety protocols and company policies at all times
