Resource Registered Nurse (RN)

Provide evidence-based nursing care by assessing patients, developing and evaluating care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with patients, families, and the care team. Promote patient safety and quality improvement, document care accurately, delegate appropriately, and float to designated units or facilities as needed. Assess patients and use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and coordinate with patients, families, and the care team. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with clinical protocols. Promote patient safety and participate in quality initiatives and professional governance. Delegate appropriately and maintain accurate, timely electronic health record documentation. Float to other units, departments, care areas, or facilities as needed.
