Per Diem OT for Home Health — Flexible Schedule

Best Home Health Providers Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support patients at home across the Bay Area. You will assess functional abilities, create personalized treatment plans, and guide patients to regain independence and safely navigate daily tasks. This per diem role offers a rate of $130 per visit, with opportunities to convert to full-time based on performance. A California OT license, NBCOT registration, CPR/AHA, and driving to patient homes are required.
