We are looking for an experienced MEP Superintendent who can lead field execution and coordinate complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a mission critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day to day MEP field operations on a large scale data center project
Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, and site activities
Manage installation schedules, sequencing, and construction progress
Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and installation standards
Collaborate with project management, engineering, and commissioning teams
Identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule
Ideal Background:
Experience as an MEP Superintendent on large scale construction projects
Data center or mission critical construction experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and MEP coordination
Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, quality, and field execution
Ability to work onsite in the Denver, Colorado area
