Finance Director: Lead Growth, Budgets & Strategy

Leoforce in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the finance department and shape the company’s financial strategy. The role requires steering budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, monthly reporting, and fixed assets management. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a senior financial role, strong GAAP knowledge, and leadership with excellent communication. A CPA/CMA is desirable and proficiency in financial software and Excel is expected.
