Patent Agent, EE & CS Prosecution Expert

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a patent agent in Fort Worth, TX to join our Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group. The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications in EE and software fields, collaborating with clients to understand inventions and draft filings. Required are 2+ years of patent experience and USPTO admission, with a degree in engineering or CS and USPTO registration. Knowledge of ML/AI and communications security is a plus.
