Job Title Physical Therapist (PT) Location Boston, MA | Outpatient Schedule / Job Type Contract (13–26 weeks) | Days | Monday–Friday | Flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts; must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient physical therapy setting Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week Document patient care and progress using the Raintree EMR system Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with plan of care goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes Required Qualifications Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Massachusetts Minimum of 3 months of outpatient PT experience, or at least 1 year of PT experience in another clinical setting New graduates are not eligible for this position Must be available for 2 evening shifts per week (until 7:00 PM) Must complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start Preferred Experience / Skills Spanish-speaking skills (highly preferred) Prior experience with Raintree EMR Experience working in a community health or outpatient clinic environment Why Join Us Expected 40 hours per week providing schedule consistency throughout the contract period Flexible shift options (8- or 10-hour shifts) to support work-life balance Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 783033.
