Key Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and interpret title reports and related real estate documents Manage non-judicial foreclosure matters and ensure compliance with deadlines and legal standards Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams regarding title and foreclosure issues

Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in a non-judicial foreclosure state Experience in real estate law, non-judicial foreclosure, or title review Strong legal research and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
