Transportation Planning Representative

Responsibilities: Track and trace all shipments. Maintain delivery exception logs. Update and maintain the Transportation Management System. Partner with the quality, postal, and security teams to investigate and resolve delivery questions and exceptions following standard operating procedures. Ensure that shipment costs are captured accurately in financial systems/reports. Maintain vendor profiles in transportation and security systems. Provide support to cross-functional teams. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to handle fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with excellent computer skills. Ability to work irregular hours and overtime when needed. Professional demeanor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Associates degree required.1 year of related work experience or equivalent preferred. Strong Excel skills. Data entry proficiency. Team player.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Mableton, GA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.37/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
