Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and MotelsAll Other Traveler AccommodationBed-and-Breakfast InnsAbout Us:
DPN Collection owns and operates branded hotels across Texas and Arkansas under Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, and Choice flags. We're a growing, owner-operated portfolio — which means the person in this role won't be lost in a corporate marketing department. You'll have direct visibility with property General Managers, Executive leadership, and ownership, and your work will show up in real numbers: review scores, search rankings, and how our hotels look online.
The Role:
We're looking for a technically capable, curious self-starter to own digital presence and guest reputation across our hotel portfolio. This is a hands-on role — you'll be inside our website CMS, our Google Business Profiles, and our review platforms every week, not just planning content for someone else to publish. We need someone who can already navigate a CMS and execute basic SEO without a long ramp-up, and who wants real ownership of a function rather than a narrow lane in a big department. You'll be the person making sure our hotels look great online, show up in local search, and turn guest feedback into a competitive advantage. What You'll Do● Website content & CMS management: Log into our website CMS platform(s) directly to update photos, descriptions, offers, and seasonal content — not just hand off requests to someone else. Troubleshoot basic page/display issues when something looks wrong.● Local SEO execution: Manage on-page SEO basics (titles, descriptions, headers, alt text), monitor keyword/ranking performance, and make the kind of small technical fixes that move local search visibility — not just "SEO awareness."● Google Business Profile & listings management: Own and maintain Google Business Profiles and other local listings across all properties — accuracy, photos, posts, Q&A, and performance monitoring.● Guest review management: Own our review response process across platforms (Google, Trip Advisor, OTAs). Respond promptly and professionally, identify patterns in guest feedback, and work with GMs on service fixes that drive review scores up.● Review generation: Build and run processes that encourage happy guests to leave reviews — timing, prompts, staff scripts, whatever moves the needle.● GM partnership: Work directly with property General Managers to translate online performance into operational action — you'll be the digital/reputation voice at the table, not just a report generator.● Bring ideas: We're not looking for someone who just executes a checklist. If you see something that could be better — a listing platform we're not using, a review pattern nobody's caught, a technical issue hurting our search visibility — we want to hear it. What We're Looking For● Must currently live in or relocate to the Texarkana, TX/AR area at your own expense before start date. This is an on-site role — you'll be in our hotels, working directly with GMs, not a remote or hybrid position. We will not sponsor relocation or consider remote arrangements.● Demonstrated, hands-on experience with at least one website CMS platform (Word Press, Drupal, Squarespace, or similar) — not just familiarity. Be ready to show us a site you've built, updated, or maintained.● Knowledge of basic, local SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, Google Business Profile management, basic ranking/analytics tools) — gained through a job, internship, coursework project, or your own site. We'll ask you to walk us through specific examples.● Comfort with — or direct experience in — review management or reputation platforms is a strong plus.● Strong writer. You'll be speaking for our hotels in public, guest-facing responses — tone and judgment matter.● Self-starter who doesn't need heavy oversight. We'll give you the mandate and the access; you bring the initiative.● Organized enough to manage multiple properties' content and review streams without things falling through the cracks.● 0–3 years of experience is fine — what matters is that the technical skills above are real, not aspirational. Degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field is a plus but not required if you can demonstrate the skills directly. What We Offer● Direct exposure to hotel operations and ownership-level decision-making — rare for a role at this level.● Real ownership of a function across a multi-property portfolio, not a narrow task inside a big team.● Room to grow — this role has a clear path toward a senior digital marketing/reputation position as the portfolio and your track record grow. Compensation
Base salary:
$54,000–$58,000/year depending on experience, with a quarterly performance incentive of up to 15% (up to $8,700/year at the top of the range) tied directly to the outcomes you'll own:● Guest review ratings across the portfolio● Review response speed and quality● Search visibility for our properties This isn't a role where your comp is capped by a generic pay band — the better our hotels perform online, the more you earn. To apply: please include a brief note on a website or CMS you've worked in and one SEO or Google Business Profile improvement you've made (or would make) for a business you admire.
