Dough Production Technician - Year-Round Benefits

Martin's Famous Potato Rolls and Bread is seeking a Dough Preparation Employee for a year-round role. You will set up and monitor dough-making equipment, weigh dough, and adjust ingredients to ensure consistent quality. We offer a 12:30PM–8:40PM schedule with paid weekly wages and a strong benefits package. Compensation starts at $22.06/hour with shift differential and weekend premium, plus 401k, health insurance, and paid holidays. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Illinois.
