Window & Door Sales Representative

Job Specific Accountabilities: Assist customers in selecting windows, interior doors, exterior doors, and related products specific to their needs - Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on customer needs, project specifications, product availability, and budget - Follow up with customers regarding outstanding quotes, product inquiries, and pending orders - Understand standard and custom sizing, rough openings, handing, swing direction, jamb dimensions, and hardware requirements - Work collaboratively with store management and other associates - Maintain an organized, clean, and professional sales area, including window and door displays - Ensure product literature, samples, and manufacturer information remain current and readily available - Support general retail sales and customer service functions as needed - Follow company policies, procedures, and established safety standards Requirements: - 2 years of previous work experience in window and door sales, building materials, construction, or a related industry - Strong knowledge of windows, interior and exterior doors, and related building materials - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Experience using a Point-of-Sale system - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong work ethic, reliability and punctuality - Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment - Ability to follow directions and safety procedures Physical Requirements - Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50lbs - Ability to do basic math, read instructions and complete forms accurately.
