This role offers a unique hybrid structure built for field success: 4 Days in the Field: You will be on the move, meeting face-to-face with prospects, consultation partners, and established customers to drive revenue. 1 Day in the Office: Connect with the team, strategize on accounts, align with leadership, and wrap up your administrative tasks for the week. No Extreme Travel: Your entire territory is structured efficiently. All driving is within a 3-hour radius of our central point in Lafayette, Louisiana area-meaning no long-haul flights or exhausting cross-country travel.

What You Will Do: Drive new business acquisition by actively prospecting and qualifying leads within your territory. Deepen relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and secure long-term loyalty. Execute face-to-face consultative sales presentations to key decision-makers. Manage your own pipeline and travel schedule efficiently to maximize market coverage.

What We Are Looking For: Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in outside sales, territory management, or manufacturing/B2B representation. Self-Starters: A disciplined professional who loves the autonomy of field work and takes ownership of their results.
