About the Role: The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Payor Growth, a pivotal role that demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare, particularly in the areas of contracting, medical economics, strategy, and partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the growth strategy and business development efforts across payor partners, with a focus on value-based care. This includes refining and executing a national value-based care contracting strategy, providing market insights to design payment models, and leading all payor contracting activities. The role also involves account management, thought leadership, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team within a high-growth setting. Applicants for the SVP of Payor Growth position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of healthcare experience. A key requirement is a proven track record in a high-growth healthcare environment, particularly in building and maintaining VBC agreements. The role demands a deep understanding of value-based performance optimization across various payor lines of business and the ability to design and deliver a payor growth strategy.
