Key responsibilities: Leads the research and development of health plan policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies Oversees the implementation of approved policy changes and coordinates with affected management and functional areas Provides support and resources for projects requiring extensive policy expertise, while staying current on industry practices and regulations

Required qualifications: Four years of policy experience Two years of experience in a medical benefits or insurance setting, with a strong understanding of claims and eligibility issues Experience managing projects that require strong interpersonal and organizational skills Bachelor's Degree in a business or healthcare-related field preferred Intermediate skills in computer-based word processing and spreadsheets
