Responsibilities include:
  • Personal Care (Bathing, Grooming, Dressing, Toileting)
  • Companion Care and Emotional Support
  • Meal Preparation and Light Housekeeping
  • Medication Reminders
  • Mobility and Transfer Assistance
  • Transportation to Medical Appointments and Errands
  • Dementia and Alzheimer's CareFall Prevention and Safety Monitoring
  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Communication with Family Members and Care Team
  • Accurate Documentation of Client Care
Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Direct Care Worker, or Caregiving experience preferred. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional senior care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
Reliable:
  • Arizona Driver's License.
  • Current Arizona Auto Insurance.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Current TB Test.
  • Level One Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Social Security Card or Birth Certificate required for employment eligibility.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and office staff.
