Staff Engineer Technical Marketing

Responsibilities: Perform MOSFET product-to-system validation, planning, hardware design, execution, interpretation and technology fit assessment. Act as Technical Customer Interface on product level. Support MOSFET Go‑to‑Market activities to drive design‑wins including customer on‑site visits. Create technical product collateral, such as application notes, whitepapers, and training materials. Translate customer and validation insights into requirements and guidance for development projects and support their execution. Provide technical product training to internal and external partners.

Qualifications: A Master’s or PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field. First professional experience within power electronics or semiconductor industry. Experience with high‑frequency, high‑current DC/DC & AC/DC converter designs for SMPS, Telecom, and Datacenter applications, including lab skills for testing and debugging. Background in circuit design, layout, and proficiency using simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB). Hands‑on experience and ability to work with hardware and lab equipment such as power supplies, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and thermal cameras. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, global environment. Fluent in English. Good communication skills in both verbal and written.

Salary range: ElSegundo, CA – $116,200 to $159,800 per year. All employees eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
