Litigation Associate Attorney

Responsibilities: Manage litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Handle written discovery, depositions, and motion practice Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active Texas bar admission or ability to obtain admission 3+ years of litigation experience preferred Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Experience handling discovery and depositions preferred Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in civil litigation, insurance defense, commercial litigation, professional liability, transportation, construction, labor & employment, or related practice areas is a plus Why Join This Firm?
