We bring you pre-screened families who want help, train you on a proven way to guide them, and back you with a paralegal team that handles the drafting. You practice law, earn well, and log off at 4pm, all from home. With today's technology and recent changes to the law, we serve clients virtually from start to finish, so we can hire the best people, not just the closest ones. What it's really like here The pay is good: a base salary of about $100k plus 10% of every fee you bring in, paid monthly. Attorneys who meet our sales minimums typically earn around $150,000 a year, and there's no cap on the upside. But the real difference is how you'll live.9–4, Monday through Friday. No overtime, ever. No weekends. No emergencies. Estate planning doesn't have them, and we don't invent them. One day a week with no client calls, so you can focus. Every holiday paid, and we usually close for a week at Christmas. Your schedule is yours as long as the work gets done. Drop off and pick up your kids, and no one here will make you feel guilty. No billable-hour requirement and no office politics. Also included: medical, dental and vision insurance; a 401(k) with match; paid sick leave; paid vacation; and discretionary profit sharing across the whole team. The trade-off: our bar is high You must do excellent work, and you must be able to sell (and we can teach you).That doesn't mean cold-calling or networking. Every consult is teed up and pre-screened for you. You'll learn our script and consult process over your first quarter: one consult a day in month one, two a day in month two, and full speed by month three, with regular call reviews along the way. You'll be challenged, you'll be allowed to stumble, and no one will hold the learning curve against you. Why we're growing Our clients get their draft plan in about ten working days.
