Production Supervisor - 2nd shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Implements strategic programs that improve labor efficiency, on-time delivery, quality, workplace safety, and customer expectations Generates monthly reports to effectively communicate program contributions, lead-times, on-time delivery, continuous improvement efforts, and manufacturing issues and needs Maintains manufacturing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities Accomplishes staff results by communicating job goals and expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures Produces products by establishing production planning systems, maintaining good manufacturing practices, enforcing quality standards, and improving products and processes Provides leadership needed to ensure that product quality meets product specifications and criteria for all products shipped from the plant Ensures efficient utilization of plant personnel and equipment to meet productivity and cost effectiveness in meeting the plants business goals from stated targets Leads a trained and motivated workforce capable of implementing and executing the business strategy

Expected pay for this role is between $69,500.00 to $115,800.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
