Genomics Bioinformatician II — AI & Multi-Omics Analytics

Mount Sinai seeks a highly motivated genetic epidemiologist/statistical geneticist to join our computational genomics team as Bioinformatician II. The candidate will develop reproducible, scalable pipelines for genomic and multi-omics analyses on biobank-scale data, including EHR-linked studies, under senior supervision. Proficiency in R, Python, Unix/Linux shell, and experience with GWAS, PRS, proteomics, and cloud/HPC environments is required.
