Seeking a South Carolina Licensed Associate Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage first-party property insurance matters from pre-suit through litigation and resolution, while evaluating claims, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients.

Key responsibilities: Manage first-party property insurance matters through all phases of litigation Evaluate incoming claims to determine case viability, strategy, and value Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents while maintaining organized case files

Required qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active South Carolina Bar license in good standing Approximately 2+ years of substantive civil litigation experience Hands-on experience with pleadings, discovery, and depositions Strong legal writing and analytical skills
