Director of Facilities Management

Lead facilities operations across more than 70 fitness clubs, developing regional managers and overseeing maintenance, building systems, budgets, vendors, compliance, and capital projects. Partner across departments to support club operations, renovations, and new openings while improving reliability and member experience. The role is hybrid and requires approximately 30–40% travel. Lead preventive maintenance, repairs, and building systems operations across more than 70 club locations. Manage and develop Regional Facilities Managers and build a scalable field organization. Establish standardized processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee CMMS, work orders, preventive maintenance, asset tracking, and reporting. Manage operating and capital budgets, forecasting, and regional financial performance. Coordinate vendors, regulatory compliance, incident response, renovations, and new club openings.
