Overnight Area Leader: People, Performance & Growth

Meijer in Ohio is seeking an Area Leader to drive engagement, coaching and development across the span of care. You will own budget line items in the P&L, oversee area operations, and push process improvements while upholding Meijer's culture and standards. You will direct Leads and Team Leaders, manage staffing, safety and compliance, and partner with store leadership to maximize sales and productivity while empowering teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
