Personal Lines Strategy & Portfolio Director

The Hanover Insurance Group in Detroit is seeking an Underwriting Director of Strategy for Personal Lines. This executive role drives risk appetite, portfolio strategy, and growth initiatives across products, segments, geographies, and channels. You will lead cross-functional teams with Actuarial, Finance, and Product to ensure pricing adequacy, capital alignment, and strategic execution. You will craft portfolio KPIs, present options to senior leadership, and coach a team of strategy
