Field Business Development Lead, Defense UAS

Shearwater Aerospace is seeking a hands-on field-based business development professional to connect Smart Flight with defense UAV operators in the United States. You will travel to ranges, run meetings, and gather ground-truth feedback to shape product direction. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the CTO, you will build operator networks, conduct field evaluations, and document insights in a shared repository.
