Founding Head of Talent for AI-Healthcare Scale-Up

Hike Medical is seeking our first Head of Talent to build the recruiting function from the ground up, reporting directly to the founders. This is a company-building role focused on strategy, organization design, and building a scalable recruiting engine that attracts top talent across engineering, AI, product, and commercial teams. You'll own recruiting end-to-end, shape interview quality, and help scale as we grow from Seed through Series B/C.
