Evening QC Lab Technician (2nd Shift)

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc in Seabrook, NJ is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician I for 2nd shift to monitor, test, and document processes to ensure SQF, federal and state regulations, customer requirements, and company directives in food production. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of lab-related experience, and strong skills in Word/Excel. You will perform analytical testing, record results in WINSPC, maintain lab inventory, and support production with timely QA data.
