Exterior Renovations Program Manager

Role Description: The Exterior Renovations Project Manager is a full-time role responsible for cooperatively expanding our complete exterior facade services platform focused on offering clients turnkey solutions for their roofing, painting and waterproofing needs. Our focus is providing our clients with an industry leading offering for proactively planning, budgeting and executing turnkey solutions for cost effectively delivering asset long term preservation. This role manages project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, while coordinating with property owners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Daily tasks include tracking project milestones, monitoring site progress through reports and virtual check-ins, organizing inspections, and handling expediting needs for permits, materials, and approvals. The Program Manager will manage all aspects of project delivery including logistics, identify and resolve issues that could impact timelines or quality, and ensure adherence to safety, brand, and regulatory standards. The role also involves preparing status updates, maintaining project documentation, and supporting continuous improvements in renovation processes and client experience. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in roofing and/or exterior painting project management with strong skills in planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with client partners as well as internal team members to deliver cradle to grave project implementation. Skills in logistics management, including organizing deliveries, installations, and contractor activity across multiple locations or projects. Proficiency with project management software and common office tools; ability to maintain clear documentation and reporting. Experience in light industrial/ distribution, hospitality, or retail renovation projects is highly beneficial; familiarity with existing client relationships and downstream resources is a definite plus. Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and make sound decisions under time constraints.
