Pay: $65-$85 per visit

Stern at Home Therapy delivers outpatient-quality care to older adults and geriatrics in the home — with 1:1 patient sessions, flexible scheduling, and real support. No overlapping visits. You control your schedule. Optional shadowing before committing.
Compensation:
Part-Time – Minimum 10 Patients$65 per follow-up visit.$75 per 4-unit evaluation.
Fixed per-visit compensation with no tiered volume model.
Part-Time 1099:$72 per follow-up visit.$85 per evaluation.
Fixed per-visit compensation with no tiered volume model.
Full-Time Benefits: Medical stipend, commuter stipend, 401(k) with match, CEU support, student loan assistance, and wellness stipend.
Requirements:
Active NJ OT license + reliable transportation.
Degree from an accredited Occupational therapy program.
New grads welcome.
