This position is responsible for setting up and breaking down event bars, preparing and serving cocktails, beer, and wine, processing guest payments, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly, efficient service throughout events and shifts. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can be trusted to work independently or as part of a team. Previous bartending experience and knowledge of responsible alcohol service are required. Availability will vary based on the event schedule, with most shifts occurring during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulationsPerform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing dutiesMix and deliver drinks to customers including alcoholic and non-alcoholic varieties of wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinksQualifications: This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer serviceCandidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED) Prior food service industry experience is highly desiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team membersDisplays impeccable time management and organizational skills Compensation: $12.14 hourly•
