Key responsibilities:
Reviews and evaluates mortgage loan documents to ensure compliance with credit union and investor guidelines
Develops business through networking and relationship-building within the real estate community
Maintains organized mortgage loan files and communicates with all parties involved to support timely closings
Required qualifications:
Three to five years of related experience in mortgage lending
A two-year college degree or completion of specialized certification or training
In-depth knowledge of secondary market and residential real estate lending
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to pass registration based on SAFE Act requirements or already be registered
