Senior Powertrain Supplier Industrialization Engineer

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer focused on Powertrain Drive Unit and Metals. You will lead supplier readiness from sourcing through Start of Production, driving APQP/PPAP, risk reduction, and launch execution with direct collaboration with suppliers and Lucid teams. You will guide manufacturability, process capability, and cost/quality improvements across die casting, machining, forgings, and assemblies, ensuring timely release and issue resolution.
