Healthcare Valet Attendant Are you looking for a position where your empathy and professionalism directly impact someone's day? As a Healthcare Valet Attendant with Clayton Valet, you won't just be parking cars; you'll be providing essential support to patients and visitors often arriving under stress. We are hiring prompt, polite, and professional drivers who are ready to offer a seamless, comforting, and safe experience from the moment visitors arrive at the hospital. With multiple locations within the Creve Coeur and St. Louis County areas, you can be sure that you will find a location that's right for you. Open positions start at $15/hr plus CASH TIPS.

Compensation/Benefits: $15/hr starting + CASH TIPS401(k) 4% Match - available after 3 months of employment Health/Vision/Dental/Life Insurance - available after working 1 year of FT hoursPTO accrual plan at hire Earned Wage Access available Holiday Pay (Time and a half for select holidays) Weekly PayEmployee discounts through ADPShifts Available: Part-time with full-time potential. 40-hour weekly schedules available.7:00 am - 3:30 pm7:30 am - 4:00 pm9:30 am - 6:00 pmLocations: Creve Coeur, MOPrimary Job Responsibilities: Effectively and efficiently park and retrieve customer vehicles without incident Assist customers with any personal belongings, if requested Promote good customer relations by providing service with a friendly demeanor, willingness to help, and a smile Use and maintain valet equipment properly, including keeping the gear and work area clean and organized Remain prompt by standing during a full shift, excluding scheduled breaks Open doors for all guests Observe and practice safety precautions at all times Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license
Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check - no felonies
Must have a clean driving record within the last 3 years
Must pass a driving and parking test
Consistently display safe driving practices and a complete understanding of vehicle basics
Must be available for All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events
Practice safe cash handling and make correct change, if necessary
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must be proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
Abide by HIPAA regulations at all times
High school diploma or GEDAlways maintain a clean and professional appearance
Able to perform physical activities such as running, bending, and lifting up to 30lbs
Ability to work in all elements (i.e., rain, snow, sunshine)
Reliable transportation or understanding of MetroBus/MetroLink schedule
Tattoos must be concealable
