Therapist will conduct patient assessments, formulate group plans, file patient notes, conduct 2–4 group sessions per day, respond to codes and otherwise help where needed, based on the needs of the hospital. Work schedule is five shifts per week between the hours of 8:30 am–5:00 pm to include weekends and holidays. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Recreational Therapy. Current NCLRT licensure and current CTRS.Physical requirements: Medium Work – Exerting 20–50 pounds of force occasionally or 10–25 pounds of force frequently or an amount greater than negligible and up to 10 pounds of force frequently or an amount greater than negligible and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess for light work. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
