Talent Acquisition Consultant - Full-cycle recruiting experience

Talent Acquisition Advisor As a key advisor, you will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, leveraging targeted sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies to attract and engage top talent. You will ensure seamless and professional candidate experience while driving hiring manager alignment and process efficiency. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs. Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, people partners and our internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, confirm role requirements, build recruiting hiring strategies and support hiring decisions. Attract and engage a diverse talent pool through innovative and cost-effective methods, utilizing LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and other tools. Support a positive candidate experience and help ensure recruiting interactions reflect our culture and values. Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection, interviewing best practices, and offer strategy Manage candidate communications to maintain engagement and deliver timely updates throughout the hiring process. Minimum of 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience Agency recruiting experience, combined with professional services, with a proven track record of successfully placing sales professionals Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably focused on a Professional Services industry, including Sales and B2B Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and recruitment technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to process excellence. Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
