Senior Environmental Service Line Manager

Overview In this role you will lead EFI Global’s environmental consulting practice in Texas, driving growth through client relationships and project leadership. You’ll mentor staff, coordinate multi-disciplinary projects, and ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables. You’ll shape strategy with the business development team and oversee risk, budget, and timelines. A strong focus is on Phase I ESAs, site investigations, and brownfield development to support clients in diverse sectors. This is a remote, Texas-based leadership position with a focus on impact and collaboration. Responsibilities Mentor and guide project managers; oversee professional development Plan, develop, coordinate, and direct environmental projects Support policy and procedure developmentreview work outputs to meet client expectations and obligations Represent EFI Global in client meetings and forums Promote capabilities to generate new business and assist in marketing Complete tasks per SOPs and scope of work Advise on deviations and actions Summarize field and lab data in reports Ensure compliance with safety programs and PPE use Support budgeting and invoicing processes Travel as required Perform other duties as assigned Support quality programs Coordinate internal and subcontractor resources Key requirements Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent Preferred bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field Current Training Certificates or Professional Licensure (P.G./P.E.) preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving history Extensive knowledge of environmental services industry and related principles Excellent oral and written communication; presentation skills Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proven management/leadership abilities Ability to produce comprehensive written reports Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet performance competenciescommunicationleadershipteamwork Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)site investigation and remediationenvironmental risk analysis
