Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties: Manage all aspects of commercial restructurings and Chapter 11 bankruptcies, including strategy, drafting, discovery, court appearances, and client communications. Review and document commercial financial transactions, including corporate governance matters. Draft and negotiate financing, workout, and restructuring documents. Conduct and manage financial due diligence.

Requirements: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic. Ability to manage and organize workload independently. Commitment to achieving client goals.

Education: Must be admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing in Arizona, or able to be admitted within one year.

Certifications: Active bar license in Arizona or eligibility for admission.

Skills: Experience in bankruptcy, financial services, debtor-creditor, collections, or commercial litigation matters preferred.
