Summary:
TFC Summer Internship Experience - May 24th to July 30th, 2026 Are you a student curious about the corporate teams working behind the scenes to bring live events to life? Join The Freeman Company for a 10-week summer internship experience where you'll gain hands-on exposure to the live events industry. You'll contribute to real projects, learn alongside industry professionals, build your network, and participate in professional development throughout the summer. As an intern within Corporate Functions, you'll work alongside teams that support The Freeman Company's people, technology, brand, and business operations. Depending on your role, you may support: Finance: Support financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other activities that help inform business decisions Marketing: Contribute to marketing campaigns, social content, communications, brand initiatives, and projects that connect The Freeman Company with our customers and audiences Information Technology: Support technology projects, systems, data, and business solutions that enable teams across Freeman to work effectively. Knowledge in SAP, Snowflake (Cloud Infrastructure) and Salesforce is preferred Safety Operations: Support workplace safety, compliance, risk prevention, and safety initiatives across TFCThis position will support Corporate Functions teams. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of: Chicago, ILDallas, TXDenver, COLas Vegas, NVOrlando, FLEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesA Day in the Life in Corporate Functions Your experience will vary based on your area, but you may: Contribute to real projects and business priorities Analyze data, trends, or business information to support decisions Assist with project planning, documentation, reporting, and execution Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across the organization
Education & Experience
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for students who are excited by technology, enjoy hands-on environments, and want to explore a career in live event production. Ideal candidates are: Completing their college degree or program between December 2026 and May 2029 Pursuing a degree aligned to the internship area: Finance, Marketing & IT: Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields Safety Operations: Environmental Science, Public Health, Health Sciences, Occupational/Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, Sustainability, or related fields Strong communicators with problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills Comfortable learning new tools, working across teams, and managing multiple priorities

Hourly Pay Range:
