Specific Responsibilities: Desirable candidate should possess specific knowledge of troubleshooting and maintaining industrial/commercial steam and hot water boilers, boiler room operation, and auxiliary equipment. Responsible for retrofit and repair of boilers, burners, and accessories, utilizing knowledge of steam and hot water theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. Familiar with all forms of flame safeguards and the use of VOM's and other troubleshooting tools. Conduct calibration, repair, and adjustment of associated controls. Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications to customers equipment. Assist in installations and start-up of newly installed boilers and burners. Prepare for new equipment commissioning and repairs by examining equipment, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work.

General Requirements: Ability to follow schematics, piping diagrams, and blueprints. Occasional travel to out of state customer sites. Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customers location. Keep current on the installation, operation, service, and repair of represented products. Minimum of five years of mechanical work experience.
