Press Operator

Location: South Bend, IN

Pay Range: $20-$25/hour (Based on Experience)

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMWhat's the Job? Operate press equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals. Set up and run production jobs according to work instructions and specifications. Perform visual and dimensional inspections to confirm parts meet requirements. Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions. Interpret and respond to SPC (Statistical Process Control) data and control charts, and report quality, production, or equipment issues. What's Needed? Previous press operator experience is required. Experience operating Bystronic equipment is highly preferred. Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools. Understanding of quality inspection processes and production documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks. What's in it for me?
