Remote Settlement Attorney - Personal Injury & Premises Liability

Amerit Consulting seeks an experienced Settlement Attorney to join a dedicated settlement team handling personal injury and premises liability claims. This remote role emphasizes analysis, settlement strategies, and negotiations with opposing parties. You will evaluate claims, review medical records and pleadings, analyze exposure and damages, and prepare authority requests. Prior mediation experience and NY Bar admission are highly preferred for this role.
