Floor Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities: Plan and schedule the work of the department. Direct, motivate, and train employees to assure product quality and quantity. Provide necessary training and reinforcement to ensure employees understand and can apply the skills required to produce quality products. Provide direction and leadership to employees. Recommend improvements in methods, processes, policies and instructions to ensure department objectives. Complete all necessary administrative duties or documentation that arise with personnel issues.

Qualifications: 3 years supervision experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in coating/film technology, drying, and winding techniques preferred Bachelors degree in management or technical field preferred Closing The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by employees assigned to this position.
