Waste Management Operator Details: Temporary position$18.00/hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Wednesday through Saturday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Temporary Waste Management Operator. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficient flow of materials, managing waste streams, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment within our warehouse operations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, working within a structured schedule.

Typical Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities: Perform safe and efficient transportation of materials, including the timely removal of empty containers and reusable packaging. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency. Accurately handle inventory, conduct audits, and maintain all necessary documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, consistently utilizing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Strictly adhere to all company safety, quality, and environmental standards and policies.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for a 10-hour shift. Successful completion of a background check is required. Successful completion of a drug screen is required (excluding THC) as a condition of employment. A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
