Injection Molding Operator Quality & Safety Focus

Silgan seeks a dedicated manufacturing operator in Triadelphia, WV to ensure product safety and quality across all production duties. You will prepare production paperwork, monitor machines, perform quality checks, and identify nonconformities for quick resolution. You will start up Injection molding machines, clean grinders, tape and label boxes for shipment, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The role requires following safety rules and supporting shift handoffs with thorough paperwork.
