Responsibilities & Duties: Identify and onboard premium publishers within your assigned region Build relationships with publisher owners, monetization teams, ad ops teams, and programmatic decision-makers Lead outbound prospecting, discovery calls, partnership discussions, and commercial negotiations Educate publishers on the value of our SSP, direct demand relationships, and monetization capabilities Work closely with account management, ad operations, and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations and successful launches Manage onboarding timelines and partner communication throughout the integration process Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM tracking Grow long-term publisher relationships focused on revenue performance and retention Represent the company within your regional programmatic ecosystem
