Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in inspecting, diagnosing, performing, and assigning routine maintenance and repairs, including:
- Electrical and plumbing (including water lines)A/C and heating systems
- AppliancesInterior/exterior lighting
- Boiler, gas, and electric systems
- Pool areas and equipment
- Qualifications / Requirements
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- Three years' experience in apartment maintenance
- Supervisory experience preferredHVAC certification
- Valid driver's license required
